Hey congrads on day 13...its always hard in the beginning but as you build up some clean time it gets ezer ..for me the lack of energy was debilitating ...you have to force yourself to get up and move...try a short walk it helped me....my wife would get me off the couch and we would go walking around the subdivision at first just around the block then we added a few blocks ...it really does help..she also made sure I got out every day if nothing else just to go to the grocery store getting out around people also helps so we still attended or church activity's even though I seldom wanted to I did enjoy myself once there also started on vitamins ...liquid B-complex helps a lot you can get it at walmart for 6 bucks that and whey protein shakes also available at walmart for 12bucks there full of amino acids and also help out...try not to get discouraged most of us go thew this during and just after detoxing hang in there it will get better good luck and God bless....Gnarly

Try as hard as you can to get up and move around. I know it sounds like a lot of work but we have to get our natural endorphins working again. Also helps with the thoughts too. Hang in there.......13 days is great!!!!!!!! sara
Hi,
I am on day 23 and I know all too well about the lack of energy. When I was taking them, I could get up on the weekend, after working all week, and paint the whole house! I never stopped. But towards the end, it just made me lethargic and the couch became my haven. This morning, I just finally said, enough is enough......get up and do something. I am making myself do the 9 loads of laundry that have been piling up! I was sitting there this morning and kept obsessing about it and figured I was done procrastinating. I have gotten about half way through it. It seems like I don't have a problem working all week, because I have no other choice. But when it comes to motivating myself on the weekends....it is sooooo much harders. I am just going to try and stay busy today. I have had a lot of coffee and now trying mountain dew....keep the caffeine coming!
Have you tried L-Tyrosine? I don't know much about it, but I have read that it will give you energy and help you focus.
Congratulations on day 13.....I am really proud of you! and keep going!!!
