Day 13 Fentanyl 75mcg every 48 hours cold turkey

Rough day today again... Bad withdrawals coming back in waves that hit me like a ton of bricks!! Debilitating pain and anxiety.

I also have hep c. So I gotta be careful when I'm in this withdrawal not to damage any more organs while I'm in malnutrition state... I was 193 maybe upwards of 200 when I stopped on the 18th. I'm 174 right now. I'm scared to take anything.

Yes... Indeed. Ibu 600mg 2 times daily... Got a bunch of tramadol in there too that I haven't touched... Valium I haven't touched. I just wanted to do this thing... Still not eating! :( I try to drink ensure to help pick up calories and vitamins. No Epsom salt but I have layed in bath and taken long hot shower...

Have you tried a hot bath with epsom salts?  Or even a shower using epsom salts as a scrub can help with the body pain.  A lot actually.

And try a Motrin or any of the OTC pain meds that work for you (you know, the ones you used to take before narcotics?  lol) - it was hard for me to believe those meds actually worked for pain and I couldn't have been more wrong.

And I think what you're doing is pretty amazing - fentanyl is a tough - I mean TOUGH drug, to come off of.  Be proud that you've made it this far and don't lose sight of the reasons why you quit in the first place.  I had to remind myself of those reasons a lot but it helped.
