oxycodone addiction

I have been taking 15 mg oxycodone for about a year now I take up to 8 a day, I want to stop taking these because I can see they have made me addicted to them. I cannot go to rehab and I don't want to use anymore pills I need to know what I can do to.

Welcome !!! You have made a good Choice! First step is the hardest! We have all done it on this site. Some of us have done it a few times. Its not fun at all but its doable! Get all you can from the Thomas recipe, cut out all contacts and have someone there with you. The first couple days are the hardest on your body! After that you will start feeling better! That's when the head game comes into play. Make sure to surround your self with loved ones, movies, books and music. So happy you are here! Stay close to the site! THIS PLACE SAVED ME!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Best to you

The first step is making up your mind and then just QUIT! wd's are no fun but they don't last forever. Just brace yourself for the "flu" and ride it out. Cutting off all your sources is very important as well. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU. YOU CAN DO IT!
