Day 18

Well today is day 18 and I'm still having head pains in the back of my head. Mostly in the lower left part where my neck starts. Anyone else have bad pains there?? I mean it's not enough to make me curl over in pain but it's kind of weirding me out.

I had them really bad for about a month after I quit and I still get them every now and then.  My doctor told me it was a tension headache and gave me a muscle relaxer that is not addictive, and a cold rag on my head works wonders.  I know how bad the headaches can get to you.  I hope you get to feeling better.

Dang!! I'm over all the other WD symptoms. No more mental fog really no more body aches except from everyday activities. Just these head pains. 90% of the time it's that one spot but sometimes my whole head will feel tight but mostly just that one spot. It's not all the time either it comes and goes. If I keep myself busy I can forget about it usually.

When I was withdrawing I got a weird ice cold sensation in that part of the head, like someone poured icy water down the veins starting from back of the head slowly down the neck where it spread into my chest. Was horrifying and I ended up in A&E mainly because I was awake 5 days straight and that sensation was the last I could take of it.
