Yay, day 2. I agree w/ Amandag78 w/ the Vicks. For me it's ben gay. (pretty much same thing I think, the menthol.) I use the roll on one, it doesn't smell, it's not messy. Hot hot hot baths when you can to them.
For the mental- I don't have kids but are they old enough to understand that Mommy "has the flu" and she needs her babies to be on their best behavior?

If you buy some Vick's Vapour Rub, you can smear it on your legs and massage it into your feet and put socks on.
I heard this remedy from a heavily pregnant lady who said this was the only thing that worked for her. She went through many months of trial and error finding nothing worked or gave her sleep. Then she tried the vick's and said within 15 mins her legs stopped hurting and she went strait to sleep. Although vick's is a chest rub for cold and flu symptoms, the ingredients soak strait into the body relaxing everything. I also use it on my girls when they get growing pains in their legs, i rub it on their legs and massage into their feet and put socks on them. Works everytime !!! This is an old remedy my friends grandma taught me for flu symptoms, i believe old home remedy's work better than any pill, however, we all need magnesium and potassiam for our body too. For the legs buy potassium it works really good try taking up to your daily limit. And for the depression take l-tyrosine to keep your spirits up ( if u aren't already taking an antidepressant) this worked for me I'm still slowly going through detox. Good luck and I feel your pain I also have a little one I can only imagine.
