I am on day 4 myself. I am doing ok...but the first 48 hours were no joke. The worst thing for me was the RLS and the general lack of energy. Epsom salt baths are a miracle worker...so too is hydration. I literally never stop drinking water; which includes Mineral water. I have no appetite or motivation, but it is better than the alternative. Also, like smoking ads...don't quit, quitting. I have been "quitting" for 3 months now...going further each time. Today is the first day I feel half normal and that I might just make it. But I keep telling myself, I am soooo much closer than I was 6 months ago when I was popping 10-15 narcos a day.

check out the thomas recipe and amino acid protocol, get gatorade, immodium, bananas and benadryl. plan on having the flu for about a week, take lots of hot baths, exercise when you can and eat little meals. there is an otc called hylands restful legs that does wonders for rls. post and keep posting, read other threads, stay with us, we are here to support and help you. know you can do this.

There is something called the Thomas recipe but - pretty much, multivitamins, milk thistle, vitamin c, L-cysteine, garlic tablets, tylenol for the pain, gatorade, water and proteins (fish and chicken). Immodium AD and Zyrtex for the sneezing. Good luck my friend!
