Day 2 of ughhhh

Well,,I'm here to post,,really really tired,,trying to get by,,I really do hate these withdrawls!!!I am so tired of this repeated behavior, I am beginning to hate myself, I will try to stay upbeat but after a sleepless night with cold sweats its tough, Its a shame we have to go through all this when we have pain. anyways just posting to stick around and prepare myself for another long day,,,bugzz

Hang in there!!  Nothing worth having is ever easy.  You will do it.  Be strong and stay focused (easier said than done I know).  Keep at it and check in often, everyone here will help you through.  God Bless.

Hey Bugsy! You're doing great!  Day 1 is history! Over! Outta here!  You have any valium to give you some rest or is that a no-no for you?  I'm also on day 2 just totally exhausted constantly... I took valium and slept mostly last night but I'm just too wiped out to do anything and feeling totally down in the dumps also about being such a worthless piece of _____ which has been one of my main circle cycles with the whole pill-go-round; functioning and having moments of being energetically able to deal with anything vs. being a totally useless lump...  and the clincher of it is that I got no problem as uncomfortable as it is staying clean as long as I can isolate myself from the rest of my life and the world... but as soon as I'm ready to move'n'groove again and deal with all as it comes then my need-to-succeed or at least feel like I'm going somewhere takes over and I'm gobbling pills like a gobbler again...   but my woes sound like small taters compared to you right now...  hang in there!!  the greatest gains show up during the worst struggles when least expected!!              Nefesh
