Hello people ! Well i`m feeling about 90% I think and not much more to tell you . Cravings , slight but im staying strong . I wont be around until Monday as i`m going up to the beach house about a hundred miles past San Fran. and stopping by to see my best friend in Sonoma . God I love that town . Living in Los Angeles can really be hard on ones soul . I will be around tonight . Please take care and stay strong ...Peace Jim
