It will get better, keep busy!!!! I always felt the worst when doing nothing.
No I'm not having flu symptoms but I have noticed when I'm out of the house I feel better but there isn't much to do. I went to the store now I'm sitting here getting my car detailed. If I relax it gets worse so I just don't know. As for sleep that's fine because I take the melatonin.
Yes, I just caught something and feel like crappola, so maybe Dominosarah is right, you could be facing the FLu and a little withdrawal too.
DO you have symptoms of a chest cold? That is what I have now. Friend who knows all I went through had to come over sick, and hug me, THEN warn me she was sick, ughh.
Now my daughter has it too, so maybe that is a big part of it.
In any case, hang in there, I know its terrible now,d but not much longer you will be feeling better, flu or no flu.
hugs,
Lily
The flu is going around also... Maybe???
During the 15 years that I used, I'd have long periods of use and short periods of use. I used to think that if I only took pills over the weekend, that's a three or four day weekend, then the withdrawal would be manageable. However, that wasn't quite accurate. I found that the withdrawal was almost equal to the amount of days that I used, and as the years went by, that became my standard (sick huh?). So, if I managed to steal enough pills for a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, then at least Monday thru Wednesday or Thursday would be fairly crappy, with Monday being the worst. You took pills for 10 days, and even though you followed the script, your body is still detoxing. Give it a day or so. Keep eating. Tomorrow will be so much better.
Will the immodium really help?
Im sorry to hear that youre not feeling any better, but you will soon. Youre almost there. Just hang in there.
Are you taking a multivitamin? I take the equate one daily, womens proactive from walmart, and I really like it. I take it first thing when I wake up, like I used to do my pills. I like it a lot. Its got the b vitamins and caffeine, gives me energy most days.
And how are you sleeping? That can make you feel like crap too if youre not sleeping well.
Try to take it easy. Relax and get as much rest as you can. It will be over soon.
Keep your head up, and stay strong.
Wow, I am sorry to hear about your pain and discomfort. I'm sure it's not motivating to stay on track but please do. You have come so far! Just keep trudging through this. You are on the uphill part now. Although it might not seem like it's getting better, it really is. The poison is almost out of your body. You will feel better each hour just stay strong. You are an inspiration to so many others (myself included) too! Hang in there. Drink lots of water and Imodium, take vitamins, go for a short walk if you can, keep busy.
All I take is the melatonin, Motrin, potassium and l tyrosine. My appendix ruptured and that's what I'm also healing from. I just want my head to be clear and the cold night sweats to stop. I think if one of those would happen I would see that it all is coming to an end.
Hang in there and try to rest as much as you can. Did you take anything to help with the detox that might have upset your stomach....like OTC meds?
You mentioned having surgery....that alone takes a while to get over. Everything that is a stress to your body takes time to heal. Take it easy and give yourself a little more time.
I am staying hydrated I just don't understand why all this is happening now after 5 months clean and only 10 days of use as directed. I hate this!! I feel so emotional and it isn't good emotions just all bad!
The symptoms usually take 4-7 days to get better. Just have to be patient. I know that is hard to hear. Are you staying hydrated?? Being dehydrated makes all the symptoms worse. Keep the faith, you should be feeling better by Monday for sure. Just remember if you had the flu...all you can do is treat the symptoms and wait. This is much like that....sorry! Glad you are staying strong...important for you and your family!!!!
