I wish you would give me a shout out! I'm worried about you
mt, four to six hours is not bad for early recovery! III is the white one with the little spinning wheel on it, right? a good one. are you doing things to wear you out during the day, like exercise? that was the only thing that helped me sleep in the beginning. great job!
Hang in there mike. I'm on day 4. Day started ok then felt bad and now feel kinda ok. It comes in waves but you should be close to Turing the corner few more days and you will just feel better and better
Try to get as much sun as you can. It seems to help with sleep at night..as well as some gentle exercise..walking, etc. Try not to nap..even though that is easier said than done with you are exhausted. It does come back, but is different from each of us. It took a month for me to get even 6 a night..but I was grateful for that. For others it is a coupla weeks before it gets better.
I have listened to more music over the past week than the past 6 months. 70's rock, jazz, soft rock, music to sleep by (pandora has) , even heard some disco. Over the past week I have had maybe 10 hours sleep. I keep thinking I will just fall off one day.
Rock on boys! Music helps tremendously! Funny how we couldn't feel it before! You got this men!
First few days I was getting about 6 hours a night and now only 4, I really should have put more thought about letting my Olde English Bulldogge sleep on the bed a year ago, freakin bed hog.
My wife has been a real saint through all this and I hate to wake her by thrashing around but the couch is killing my back.
Still, better than using.
