Day 6 of no methadone!

Hey everyone. I am almost 29 years old -bday next week!! .. Quick intro to my life, I started the clinic back in 06 for Oxys & heroin (no IV drug use) I worked my way up too 216mg liquid methadone. For the past 2 years I slowly tapered off.. Once I hit 17mg I went down 2mg per week then hit 9mg went down 1 a week! Once I got to 1mg I stopped rather then wait another week! First 2 days weren't great! Couldn't sleep, terrible RLS, sweats, chills the works! 2 nights now I've slept thru the night :) I've been taking tons of vitamins & Medes for RLS but now my back is killing me! I still sneeze off & on, yawn, watery eyes but overall ok & functioning! Sometimes I feel 100%! Is this going to continue or am I counting my chickens before they hatch! Or am I finally out of the woods with the worst of it? I am just so happy to wake up and not have to take medicine to function! I've been working on coming off for 2 years and couldn't be happier!! Ps this will be my first birthday in 9 years drug free!!!!
