thank you! the insomnia does seem to be the worst part aye?
It will get better but it does take some time. I wish you all the best and I hope you feel better soon! There are OTC meds that can help you with the withdrawls. Immodium was my friend!!
Believe me when I tell you things will improve. Each day gets a little better and the light at the end of the tunnell gets brighter. The very worst of it is the insomnia that I am still suffering with after 14 days - other than that I am so happy to get my life back. The restless legs shouild be gone in around 4 days and if you can, try the Thomas Recipe...it takes some of nthe burden off. It is a hard road, but you can do it. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Day 3, feeling a bit better, finally slept last night, my legs are still restless, and i still feel an over all sensation of ickyness but its getting better.
withdraw last about 5 to 7 days with 2nd and 3rd usually being the worse. I would think at the end of the week that your legs should be feeling a little better. You can look under the health tab on top of this site and find something called the Thomas Recipe it has supplements that can ease some of your withdraw symptoms. It also includes something you can get to help with the RLS.
No matter how bad the wd's are remember they are going to only last for a small amt of time. One thing is to make yourself get up and move around it will help with your energy level more.
You came to a great site to find support so keep us up to date and keep posting. I was headed to bed, but there will be others along soon who be glad to help you out.
God Bless
