Hi,

Can I take Tramadol and Dihydrocodeine be taken together?

If not can i take paracetamol and ibroprofen with either?

Please call your Dr and ask them.  I know all the drugs you are talking about but I don't think we should be telling people what drugs they can take simultaneously.  Most of us here are not Doctors.  Maybe there is  Dr. online today that can answer your question.  You can also call a pharmacist.
