Every day will be a little better than the last-well done you xxx
Yay!! So glad you're feeling better,I'm so sorry you're in pain from the excercises but I'm so proud of you for not going back and getting more pills for that pain or your withdrawl pain!! You're going to be just fine!! xox Krissy!!
Today I felt much better, bought multivitamins and St. John's Worth caps, feeling much better, crappy and low on energy but much better and don't want to feel the wd symptoms ever again.Thank you all for your support.
thanks, yes I wish this will be the first and last, today I was in pain, exercises are though and make me cry.
Hi! Sorry to hear you're still in pain. I hope you're feeling better soon!!! I agree with what otter said 100%. Please let this be you're one and only withdrawal from tramadol, each one gets worse both physically and mentally. My thoughts and prayers are with ya!!! ~ Sherry
it will pass soon-every day you should be feeling a tiny bit better-hang in there-you only want to withdraw once-it gets more unpleasant every time you do it.
Wishing you all the best in your quest for a normal life, by next week it'll all be behind you.
Went to therapy today, first day without the cast/splinter and exercises were so painful, still feeling sad and not hungry
Than you both for your responses, I was taking about 350 mg each day,2 in the morning,2 midday and one in the evening, ran out of them and thought I did not need them anymore as the pain is very light, today I felt much better, I'm doing the hot tub baths ,and try to keep my mind focused,no problems with the sleep as dr. has me on zolpidelm 10mg and escitalophram 10mg too, those I will not quit because insomnia is horrible and escitalophram was prescribed when my daughter passed away 7 years ago and entered in a horrible depression state.I also take Levothyroxine 125 mg for my Thyroid,Took them from January 20th this year to March 27th,hoping tomrrow I will feel better, will keep you posted, thanks for beeing there with me,it's horrible the feeling.
Hey there!! I see your from Texas, me too!!! I had a horrible addiction to trams, the bad thing about trams is that you can become fully dependent both physically and mentally in as little as 5 days. But 5 days without is awesom, hopefully the withdrawals will ease up in a week or so, they are horrible I know, but please hang in there, it gets better each day. Good Luck!~Sherry
Welcome to the forum~
Let me bombard you with a few questions (LOL) so we can help you better:
So it's been 5 days w/o any tramadol now? (not counting the one pill you took Saturday?)
How many 50 mg pills per day were you taking? And for how long?
Did your doctor advise you that they were addictive? Many doctors either aren't aware or don't advise you that they are a synthetic opiate. This is changing in some states now, but not all in the medical community are aware and on board about this pain medication. It also has an antidepressant component in it that can make getting off of it a bit tougher.
If you have already gone 5 days with no pills (minus the one Saturday), you are getting thru the very worst time period. It's great you have your hubby's support. Let us know how we can help you...glad you posted~
