Disappearing Topics / Threads

I recently posted a story about a program friends and myself have started.

The premise is to allow parents to discover whether their children are beginning to use drugs before addiction begins.

I can no longer find the thread / topic, and it appears to have been arbitrarily deleted.

If this is not the case I appologize. If this is the case, Moderators you should be ashamed of yourselves as this program is the first of it's kind, the first to use scientific technology, and can truly make a difference in preventing addiction in our children. If you've deleted the topic, then you've just done your readers a great disservice.

Even as a Police Officer I have discretion in the actions I take. Society realized long ago that to enforce a policy or rule in a strict robotic way, without any human discretion, would cause harm not good.

If this is indeed what happened, I think the Moderators should consider carefully the value of human discretion.

i read your post last night before it was deleted and want to thank you for it. As a mother of two teenagers and a almost 12 year old it is very much appreciated! I know there are alot of parents on here who i am sure will be appreciative of the information as well. also got the web address. thank you again.

Big Brother is always watching....and deleting. I used to get my panties in a wad over it-now I just let it go.

it was deleted, its not in your post at all...maybe you should put it in your journal instead...? and direct people to go to your journal to read it...i would LOVE to read it...its a concern of mine...

it probably isn't deleted -- it probably just got buried in the mountains of topics that get posted here. every day there's about a thousand new ones; anything you start seems to just get buried.

look further back, maybe it is still there.
