Sorry, I just wanted to apologize to want ended up happening with my post yesterday.  I was trying to encourage people to watch what they said and to be a little more compassionate when they respond to posts.  Yes you should be truthful to people but we need to provide support to help them. Everyone here is reaching for help and we need to help them  If you don't agree with the person could you please try to bite your tongue ot at least try to espress you opinions  TThank you for listening.

ya no need to apologize, esp here, we are all bat sh1t crazy during w/d lol...i was like a yo yo for 3 days. Hallmark card could reduce a 250 bodybuilder to tears at will lol....it sucked...
