Amino burst 3000/ it contains leucine 330mg/threonine 219mg and tyrosine 78mgs/methionine 69mg. On the bottle it says 3000mg full spectrum amino acids.

B-complex 50mg

5-htp 100mg

Mega men dietary supplement/ Dont know if i need this?

They did not have the DLPA i went to vitamin world and they did not have DLPA.

Do i really need the DLPA and what i got is good or no.

I went to a local health food store and they had it. I am going to walk on the treadmill for a little bit. Hopefully, it will loosen up my tense muscles!

So weird they didn't have that... Yes its needed.. In the book its the main one for pain med addiction.. Try a local health food store... Or look for it under the name D L Phenylalanine that is a 50/50 mix of D phenylalanine and L phenylalanine...

What you got is good though...remember empty stomach...

That is funny. I just got back from GNC bought all this stuff. They didn't have DLPA either.
