Feeling detached after first time smoking weed.

I'm a 15 year old guy and on Saturday night (5 days ago) I smoked pot for the first time. My friends and I got it from a semi-sketchy place and ever since I I have been feeling distant, mind numb and detached from reality. If it matters I drank a small amount too.

I felt fine all day Sunday and Monday. On Tuesday I got sick. I had terrible pains in my stomach for a short time, a sore throat and a decreased apatite, all around just tired wanted to sleep off the sick. On Wednesday I didn't go to school because I felt generally the same but additionally I now felt like I wasn't "all there". It feels like a dream but I'm conscious of how I'm feeling and thinking at all times. I'm finding myself forgetful, unable to truly focus and finding it difficult to gather my words and speak to my friends. This state of mind is also comparable to being drunk in way that that I'm perceiving things. Now that I am no longer sick the with symptoms from Tuesday

This has lasted until today Thursday. I'm wondering; is the my being sick an after effect of the weed or are the two related at all? I've heard of depersonalization disorder and it sounds similar to what I'm feeling.  Should I see a doctor? How can I fix this by myself? Is it my own reaction to pot? Is it possible that the weed was laced with something? Why are any of my other friends feeling like this?

If you can answer any of my questions I would very much appreciate that. I'm having a very stressful time.

I am going to say that POT you smoked was def. laced with something. Please at your age be very careful....  Seems so simple just smoking pot but it can turn into something so much bigger and something you will battle for years to come. I would not wish being addicted to something onto anyone. When you become addicted it brings nothing but negative into your life.........

Hi scared, it's possible the pot was laced with something and it couldn't hurt to go to the dr. But you will have to be honest. If I could give you any advice, it would be to stop doing drugs now!
I started smoking pot when I was 12 and from there I did a lot of other drugs. I'm 44 now and have been doing drugs since I was 12. I'm 67 clean from my intense drug use over the last 2 years.
I know when your young, you feel like you can do anything and there is no concept of time. But the years fly by and I wish to god, I never pocked up that first drug.
I hope this freaked you out enough to make you stop. Drugs and drinking only lead to suffering.
Please, look at this experience as an opportunity to see the danger of drugs and drinking. A lot of people die everyday from taninted drugs!
Wishing you a clean and sober life darlin!
