I have a neti pot (not sure it that's how you spell it) and it is fantastic.  It really helps with sinus headaches and clears your sinuses.  It is basically just a rinse of salt water that you pour through your nose.
I love mine and it really does work.

Dnt feel bad if a friend of mine didnt tell about the neti pot n graphic detail of how it is used when her sinuses were a wreck I wouldnt know either lol.U can get em at any pharmacy,walgreens etc.I here they work amazing.OR u can get some regular sinus meds.Ive tried tons of kinds the best for me is the generic sinus headache med store brand from walmart.its less than2bucks.U need something to drain so u probably need to go to the pharmacist and sign for something with the decongestant that actually works.I get migraines,stress&sinus headaches.Sinus issues R AWFUL.If u dnt have a headache get the med specifically just for ur symptoms.U should try the neti pot if u want instant relief

Don't want to sound stupid but I don't know what neti pot is?  

Sorry you are sick.  Alot of us got sick after going through wd.  Our immune systems are weakened and it is cold and flu season.  I know it sux since you just starting to feel better.   This too shall pass.  Get some cold ease and emergence.  The zince in them helps.  I also like alka seltzer cold and flu..the dissolvable ones.  Take care!

2 words...Neti Pot. works I swear, My sinuses and nose were clogged, my ex was shopping in Billings. She called..."ya need anything?" Brought me one home last nite. Used it twice and 100% improvement! Better than that Afrin @#$% or a bunch of sinus pills. Try it ....you like.
