Feeling pretty good

I am on Day 13 and feeling pretty good.   I had a spurt of energy and made these cookies with my daughter.  Wanted to share the pic with you.   I like that I can actually "feel" again.

I haven't had any cravings either.  I notice that a major trigger is boredom.  It is probably my #2 trigger with my husband being mean to me as #1.

Thanks Sarah - I am paying for it now.  I stayed up late making them.  It was fun though!  It put a smile on my daughter's face and that is all that matters, right?

Thank you Rosy.  It is a small victory but it really made me feel good by making the cookies.  I can say that I am proud of myself.
