if your not getting aftercare put something in place soon it will help out a bunch
I vent on a drug conslor once a week.... N/A meetings are good to ...hang in there dude

Hello my friend and congrats on fighting back and winning ! I am on 121 days out of the abyss ! I am starting to enjoy things that I didn't think were possible without opiates . Guess what ? You can and will start to enjoy all those things again I promise you . I don't know if you exercise but that will help tremendously ! Stay strong and getting your life back is right around the corner ! Jimmy
Wings all the way baby!! =D
Is there any other team than the Wings?!?! Go Wings! hehe
Hahah yes! I've played hockey my whole life up until the pills took over. I think I am going to buy myself some skates for xmas and get to smashin on fools. hehe. Thanks guys!
Are you hanging in there? I just saw your tracker, your almost a week clean, your doing so good. Cravings will pass so stay busy, post, listen to those tunes, do whatever it takes not to use. I am gonna play hockey again, it's been awhile, but that will be my new release, getting my skates sharpened this now that winter is here. Nutting better than knocking someone on their *** or into the boards, haha. Stay strong dude and let us know how you are. Are you a wings fan?
If you like chocolate that actually can help cravings. It makes your feel bads feel good!! Stay busy during these cravings as they usually pass in about 15 min. Listen to music, get out and get some fresh air......just dont sit idle and do nothing. Keep posting like you are doing........sara
