Good for you sweetheart,  continue to take care of you and comfort in the arms of your family........  I know I am being redundant, however after care is so very important for your continued sobriety and I pray you will  also find some solace there as well.....

Have a great BBQ and a better weekend........never forget, you deserve no less than health, family and love......  but sometimes we all have to fight hard for the most basic of what we need.......  thank god  they (and we)  are absolutely worth fighting for!!

I have not taken anything or drank alcohol in 15 days... I wouldn't accept any other pills from the detox and I no longer speak to my sub doctor because he just wants me to keep taking it forever.  I'm sure he wouldn't have agreed with quitting cold turkey, but I think if I would have tried to taper, I would have never stopped. If I get a prescrip for any pills then unfortunately I  will abuse them.  I am anti suboxone now and I wish I would have never started taking it.  Thank you so much much for your concern it made me cry when I read your post late august.  I know what all of you are saying because my withdrawals didn't even really start until after i got out of the hospital... I was killing myself slowly but surely I was taking my own life away.  I was feeling really bad earlier but then my daughter forced me to get out of the house and go grocery shopping with her.  I am acually feeling a little better now we are about to bbq outside, I am trying to do healthy things with my family...

Okay dear, you were in detox for 4 days and now have 11 days with no drugs?  I am really sorry but I am having a hard time following what you are taking, or quit, or going thru at this point.

To hop off of Sub at 16 mgs. is huge......  please understand I am not an anti-Suboxone person, I am questioning if your doc would have you do so in such a fast manner.  Are you working with him?  It concerns me a lot to hear you say you are taking every pill you can get your hands on and drinking at the same time......     I am not trying to be  dramatic,  but we are talking your life here, honey......

PLEASE    STOP the pills     and alcohol   and PLEASE get in touch with either your Sub doctor or one of the docs that treated you in detox....   Yes, it is important to do so now.....

After you call,   or if you can't,  please post....  I am concerned for you.

It unbelivable that a hosptial would only keep you 4 days coming off 16 mg sub and a benzo did the doctor not give you anything when you left to help with the rest of the wd ...

I'm afraid there isn't very much you can do at this point. Going cold turkey off of 16mg of Suboxone is not recommended. Plus, detoxing off of benzos at the same time will only intensify it. Why did you have to stop all of these? A four day detox wasn't nearly long enough because Suboxone's half life is so long that the withdrawals wouldn't have started until 3-4 days.

I was on the suboxone for 14 months... yes I am having all of the physical symptoms, this is my worst day.  My stomach hurts, my legs are restless, I have diarrhea, it's horrible.  I was taking any pill I could get my hands on especially benzodiazapams!!  I was drinking and mixing the alcohol with a lot of pills!!!  i DONT WANT TO DO THIS TO MYSELF OR MY FAMILY ANYMORE.. i JUST WANT TO STAY SOBER!!

Still withdrawling after 15 days....like all the physical symptoms?  I couldnt even imagine having the physical w/ds after 15 days!  I did a lot of house work the first few days, one day I spent in bed the rest of the time I just clean, play with my son, go for walks regular stuff.  What were you on before the suboxone and how long have you been on the suboxone?
