Just wanted to give some extra encouragement out to everyone, no matter what day (or minute!) you are at. If not now, then when? You TOTALLY got this!!! I just felt the need to get on here and post that quick note knowing somebody needed to hear it! I've been going to a counselor and had a great church service yesterday challenging me to remember it's about TODAY, not yesterday, not our failures from years past, and NOT about how I'm going to survive tomorrow, or get through this or that coming up next week, but TODAY. I had this mentality to just blow through the wd period not really thinking or living in the moment, but kept telling myself to just basically shut down for a couple weeks until I felt better and THEN I would start "living"...well, I've been learning that tomorrow is not guaranteed, and that TODAY no matter how I felt, I was going to enjoy the life and the moment I am in. Big hug to you, deep breath, smile, and have an awesome day!
