LOL Kevin - will Xanax help as well or is Valium the better of the two? I stopped the Valium at the same time I stopped the Percocet. My goal is to stop everything.
Thanks for your input, I surely appreciate it. No, the RLS is not what wakes me up - my legs are fine when I do wake up. It's just that I can't say asleep for more than 2-3 hours at a time. I don't get enough exercise but I do take hot baths before bedtime, eat bananas and also take a potassium supplement every day. But I may try the Hylands anyway. Thanks again!
Hate to sound like a benzo pusher -- but a week's -- just a week's -- supply of Valium or something like it will really help.
I'm thinking you are saying the RLS is what is waking you up and keeping you up.If thats the case...exercise,hot baths, bananas for the potassium and Walmart sells an otc med called Hylands Restful legs.I hope this helps some.it gets better so hang in there the both of you and Congrats on the clean time!!! All the best...Kim
Thanks for your response. How long have you had this sleeplessness? Over the counter sleeping aids never helped me before I was addicted to Percocet. Hope someone can answer the question for both of us.
I am right there in the same boat with you. I have taken Lunesta and that still didnt help. I tried melatonin, benadryl and Lunesta and nothing helped. Looking for the answer as well. Hand in there and good luck.
