How many Days

Hi, I was on Norco 8 pills a day 2 every 4 hrs and my last pill was 10 days ago. How much longer will I suffer from insomnia, leg twitches, sneezing, flu symptoms, etc... just give it to me straight. If I can sleep I feel great, but can't sleep.

I would love to excerise, and I feel like I want to, but without sleep I can't do much of anything

Do you think it can be all in my mind. I read these forums and hear all the horror stories, and I am thinking it's the same for me???

I agree with IBK it might be time for a good check up .Also checkout the amino acid protocol in the right hand column it has supplements that will help your body heal .Also exercise makes a big difference .hang in there it only gets better ...

Hi,

You were not on a very high dosage, or for a very long time. Honestly, you should be done with the physical withdrawal by now. I am surprised to hear you are still having issues.

I have to suggest that you make an appointment with your regular doctor and get a good once over, including blood work.

We do a lot of damage to our bodies when we abuse pain meds so you never know what else could be going on.

Let us know how you make out.
