How long does it take to get off roxys

If you have been on 30mg r's for a year how long will it take you to get off them completely and how hard is it?

Keep yourself busy....you are over the worst don't turn back...Look at your children's faces aren't they worth it? It is so sad to be in a fog the days pass and we don't even realize it till its too late....God be with you and your husband...Keep busy and do things you enjoy try to create new habits together that are healthy....are you guys doing anything different?How do you plan to stay sober together that must be so hard...I am so proud to hear your feeling better...Keep up the good work take care>>MINDOVERMATTER

ok so we have not had anything in a few days and I think that we are over the worst part of it.  All tho the mental state is still hard but our bodies are getting to feel better.

well its not easy, have 2 children and me and my husband have noone to help us with them while going thru this.  we are trying our best we did fall off the wagon this weekend tho.  We are trying our best we have not done as many as usual but we did fall

WELL the ez way is to just jump off C/T go threw the detox for arounf 4 or 5 days and get it over with ....go to the lower right hand side of this screen and look up the Thomas recipe it will give you some stuff that will help make this a little less misrable.....being on them a yr is going to be no fun getting off them the best thing you can bring to ths table is a positive attitude
keep in mind this is 1/3 physical and 2/3 mental be ready to fight it out on both fronts
force fluids like gatoraid take plenty of hot baths to releave the symptoms and be ready to not sleep for a week keep posting and let us know when you want to start good luck and God bless.....Gnarly

Roxys stay in your system for a very short term so your withdrawals are gonna be pretty painful for about four days.  Do not give up no matter what because it will be so worth it when your WD's end.  You can lead a normal life without them eventually,but its not going to be easy.  I will be here for you whenever you need me....I'm on day 21 of being clean, but I know I'm gonna make it due to the fact that these pills have basically almost ruined my life and I want you to get well to!

hi, withdrawals are different time spans for everyone, and it depends if your going to do a taper or go cold turkey, you can taper as slowly as is comfortable for you, or cold turkey which can be anything from 6/9 days for the physical symptoms. is it possible for you to ask a dr. for help ? , let us know how your doing, best wishes and god bless.
