How long will I not be able to sleep for?

I quit taking percoset 8 days ago. I am feeling great except for the sleeping. I am not able to sleep at night still. Maybe getting 4 hours or so. This is starting to take toll on me and I am very tired but still can't sleep. I was taking 15 to 30mg a day for 3 yrs. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

The only thing I can add is when to exercise. Try late afternoon or early evening. Also some calcium/magnesium supplement can help to relax the muscles and aid in sleep. Other than that, time does make it better.
