But WHAT IS the Thomas recipe for Tramadol?????? I've been searching EVERYWHERE and can only get COMMENTS on how WELL it helps. :( Not sure I can get any doc to prescribe me any of the things like valum. . . I heard about that one I think, because they know I physically dependent on Tramadol so they are treating me like an addict and won't give me anything. I have ONE doctor willing to give me Tramadol, but he is very rigid and threatening to take that away for punishment alone. So I'm afraid to consult him. I'm afraid he will punish me by taking it away completely and put me in full blown withdrawal, so I am trying to get off of it myself. Slowly, but the suffering has been SEVERE. It's been a month and I'm down to only 2 a day from 5 a day, but still I end up screaming and writhing for HOURS every night. It's awful and honestly WAY too much. So I'm looking for the Thomas recipe but can only get it for opiates and Tramadol seems to have different withdrawal symptoms than other opiates.
What is the Thomas recipie? And how do I get to the Health pages?

Sleeping pills are not safe unless they are natural or OTC. Benzo type will just bring you more problems, but that's just my personal experience talking!
Thomas Recipe will help you LOADS! Hang in there and take lots of hot baths. That will help more than anything else you can do. You may have to take several a day though! : )
Dear God! A hundred Ultram in 6 days? It's a miracle you didn't go into status epilepticus (continuous seizures) and die. Please NEVER, EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!! Your babies and husband need you. Imagine the trauma of your little girls finding you dead! Think about that and don't ever do Ultram again. You have no control and it's an extremely dangerous drug in non-therapeutic doses.
You are in for a rough ride with withdrawal, particularly due to the Ultram. It adds depression to the list of other symptoms that people expect from opiates (nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, running nose/eyes, sneezing, muscle/joint aches, muscle cramps, restless legs, etc.) Now, you may not have but a few of these symptoms; I just don't want you to be scared if you have symptoms that you had no idea about. I wish you the very best in your recovery. Please write again soon and tell us how you are doing.
Tramadol needs to be tapered down as there is a risk of seizures. I would talk with your doctor and tell him what is going on. We want you to be safe.
My last opiate use was last sunday (7days ago) and on that same day I started taking tramadol about 16 a day now I'm out I took my last tramadol at 3:00 today. My friend took me to get all the stuff on the Thomas recipe. I hope this works I wanna get clean. Would it be safe to take a sleeping pill at night?
Well, can you tell me when was your last true opiate and when was your last tramadol? Also, have you read the Thomas Recipe in the health pages? It's very helpful.
