How to make opiate withdrawal as light as possible

OK. I've been using opiates on and off for about eight years now . I've been to detox centers I have withdrawn on my own so on and so forth and I was clean for about 5 1/2 months and went back out. I've been using again for about  almost to  months. I started off of course in small amounts but over the last three weeks I've been using about a little over half gram a day. Like I said I detox before my own and it's brutal anyhow the point I'm getting at is I work the job I do requires me to walk a lot in a 10 hour day and I sweat a lot because my shop is hot and so what I want to know as well is that I hope with all  sweating I do every day at work will help with  the detox because  I am constantly sweating at work also another question is what can I use to help ease the with drawl because I cannot miss work but I don't have a lot of money to buy a whole bunch of stuff either basically if I can get away from the hot and cold sweats and the diarrhea I can make it through work . If anybody has any recommendations for me that would be great or anything that they use in the past to help that be great as well thank you guys so much for your time hope to hear from somebody soon

Hi, welcome. I'm sure you know by now that detox blows no matter what. Look up the Thomas recipe for all the stuff that can help.

This however, is only a solution to get through detox, it's not how to STAY stopped. Anyone can get clean, not everyone can stay clean. I did exactly what you did (major hydrocodone addict) but only only stayed clean when I got real and got into a program. Everyone on here that has any decent amount of clean time is in aftercare. I strongly suggest going to meetings. Good luck and write more for support.
