Wannabe is sort of correct, the active ingredient for both the percs and oxys are exactly the same. Oxys are "time released" and therefore are suppose to last longer in your system, however if you break them up, snort them etc.. you violate the time relaeased mechanism and the 1/2 life of the narcotic is the same as any oxycodone pill.
oxycontin has a longer half life. For example, for oxycodone (percocet) it takes 4 hours for your body to metabolize 1/2 of the drug. for oxycontin it takes your body 12 hours to metabolize 1/2 of the drug. Now multiply that by how many pills you take at what times and you'll find you still have a good amt of drug floating around. In time your body will metabolize more and more until nothing is left. Start the thomas recipe ingredients and amino acit protocl ingredients now. They will help more than you know!
For me, because I take so many pills, my body has enough drug floating around to not feel anything for at least 24-48 hours. Then the anxiety and desparation set in, followed by the physical symptoms. Just enjoy the time you have right now, and when the w/d symptoms start, be strong and remind yourself that you can get through this. You have made the right choice in quitting! In a few days, you'll be feeling better and then can get on with your life!
oxycontin
was only chipping till a few weeks ago, now it's grown to 120 - 180 m's per day, snorted. I've only been at that level for a little over a week tho.
ps.
were you taking percocet/roxicodone or oxycontin? Cause there would a difference in the half life
for me- 5 to 6 hours. They have a very short half life
everyones different. If youre not sick now, I wouldnt expect much
