Hydrocodine meds

Can someone tell me how long Hydrocodine (Vicodine) stays in your system, because I have to take a drug test for a new job. I take these meds once in awhile for pain because I have Lymes Disease. Thankyou, Jim

Stays in for 1-6 days 6 is probably overly zealous I would imagine.

as long as you have a legimate script for the vicoden it doesn't matter if you test postive , if you test postive , just take your pill bottle to them and show it.
I no this becuz I'm on  probation and I showed it to my probation officer and I tested postive for opiates/morphine but I was safe becuz I had a legimate script for my meds which was norco 10/325

Also make sure while you waiting for your results that you don't take anything.  If your test is positive and you don't have a script you can have thm  test you again.  That way it will be even longer that you are off the vicodin.  Good luck.  But like someone else said, if you have a rx then you are fine.  just show it to them.

Thankyou everybody. I do have a script. I just didn't want the trouble with having to tell them. I'm trying to get off of them its just I have to slowly. My Lymes Disease is under control now and my pain is receding.

Thanks again all for the information,

Jim from Wisconsin
