But after been clean for 16 days and relapsing, I know freedom can happen. I hope to stay strong this time around. 16 days is amazing.  If you did it you can do it again:) the guilt of relapsing is so hard to deal with. Im actually feeling the same way. I got off for about 5 days (not much lol) a couple months ago but I caved. I told myself id only take a couple, and not enough to start the withdrawal process again but yea right! So here we are again. Its just part of the process. Make your boys your motivation!! Kust like you said in my last post, gota get mad at the pills. Good luck, your almost to the "kinda easier" part:)

I plan to go to na int his area, its crazy because I felt better mentally, but the addict in me told me that I had no energy, but now Im back to feeling worse, I pray I can stay clean this time. The guilt I feel is just as bad as the withdrawal.

Congrats on Day 1!!! I echo what acting said... You've been here before so you know what to expect. Your on the road to recovery now, sometimes it takes a relapse to get us motivated and focused on truly wanting to live a sober life... I'm 68 days clean and let me tell you it's worth everything I had to go through to get to today, so don't give in and you will see what I'm talking about!!! Congrats again and keep posting...

All the best!!!

Congrats on making the decision to quit. Make sure you do something different than last time because if you dont you will relapse again.
