I FEEL SO GUILTY

We have just had the most horrendous bout of sickness so far.Kim is lying upside down shes got her legs in the air as if shes cycling a bike and waving her arms about Ifeel so guilty she is so hot she is burning Im terrified she starts fitting coz thats happened to me a few times when iv been withdrawing before.What do I do if it happens to her i dont know if i could handle that.I know i could make it better with 1 phone call but im not going to do it oh i wished she would just sleep for a while so she could get some peace.I feel like screaming i want to punch the doors down the walls down anything but most of all id love to punch my EX dealer but id probably get the jail. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

the temp is good.. I'm glad she is feeling better.. remember when the explosive anxiety and extreme need for the body to jerk around, move breath.. move breath.. You are both doing very well..
Heroin wd can get very scary... remember try to stay calm yourself and take care of yourself.. if you let the emotions fly out of control it is going to affect kim.. I'm very proud of you james.. remember.. one minute at a time.. your friend..  lesa

You are doing great.  !00 is good news & means that your treatments are working.  Withdrawal often feels like fever because of all the sweating etc & it's always wise to check with the thermometer but it looks like you guys will be able to see this out at home.  Stay strong,

Get some baggies put ice in them and wrap them in a towel see if you can put them under her arms and in the groin area it should bring down her temp, if she wont go to the hospital.  Also if you can get her to the bathtub and run cold water on her legs for the leg cramps it will help, it is the ONLY thing that helped my restless legs during w'd's  You two are in my prayers.  God Bless you I know this is so very hard, please hang in there.

managed to get a babys thermometer and her temp was about 100 thats after the fan and towels so i dread to think what it was before that shes not really talking as such but is aware of her surroundings now mumblimg a bit but not as bad i was so scared lesa but so glad you got in touch to be honest i was hoping you would james

The towels are good.. the fan is good.. there is a certain amount of delirium with wd.. tell kim you need to take her temp. Not to take her in.. so we have a idea what to do.. ask her Please from me..
