I have 7 pills left and then want to stop

Is it totally stupid for me to finish the 7 pills left  and then try and stop even though I am programming my thoughts for this right now. They will last me about 3 or 4 more days and I just want a remedy I can use to help me when I stop. I stopped once and didn't have any major wd just a  little sweats and chills.  I have no idea why I started again, just stupid I guess. I have taken 1-2 vicodin a day for about 3 years.  How much does the b-12 actually work and what is the other L whatever everyone talks about and where can I get it?  Thanks and I really am glad I have support here.

At such a low dose, may be better like miss said just to flush them and get started...sometimes when people prolong it the motivation to quit can leave us...if u keep them take halves or quartes thru the day to get your body ready...the vitamins can be found at any health/vitamin store and many at walmart...I ordered many online...keep moving forward and good luck

Flush the 7. I had tapered down to 1-2 vicodin a day.And had been "stuck" there for about 3 years. With no planning or anything I decided last Friday was my last one. It has been 8 days, and I'm starting to feel so much better. The quicker you start the faster you will feel better....I recommend not dragging it out any longer than you have to. if you look in the top right of the screen, click on health pages and go to the thomas recipe or the other one about aminos. the length of your addiction is long, but you're not at a high dose so this is very doable. i recommend starting the c/t as soon as possible as your are just prolonging the inevitable. pm me if you need any additional help. post on the forum im just realizing i need to be more active in my recovery
