32 days! Newcomers, it can be done!!!

Just had to come here and say thank you to all the people that helped me through my detox. It was one of the hardest times I have been through. Being able to talk to other addicts was definitely a God shot to me getting through the withdrawals. I was on leave for 3 weeks and went back to work this week. My job is very physical and I have true pain. A lot of people have pills at my work, I thought about it, but did not take one. I just thought about the roller coaster, and how hard it was to get clean. I would rather be in pain than strung out. Thanks again, one day at a time. I will pray in the morning for strength!

Remember, you NEVER have to go back there again. No high is worth the pain (mental and emotional as well as physical) that follows from addiction. PROUD OF YOU!

Right on...Keep on truckin forward and do not look back !!!!!!
Always one min at a time. Keep your mind re-directed away from the using.  It is or can be a very powerful disease.....Good job on staying away from the users/drugs.
God Bless
