I need help tapering down suboxone. Today I went from my stabilized daily dose of 1mg to .5mg sub at 7am. Daily dose has been 1mg. Today I woke up and drank a cup of Kratom tea. Took 1000mg of L-Tyrosine and 1000mg of DLPA, and 600mg of Gabapentin. I wanted to wait till the W/D's got too bad before taking .5mg Sub., but I had to go out with family, so I took .5mg w/out needing it just to be safe. I know Kratom won't work when the receptors are coated with Sub, but it works for me when I need a Sub dose . Any opinion on this method and how you think this might help the tapering until I can get to .25mg, and then to .1275mg, and then to .0675, and then to .0325, and then jump. Every morning is this ritual I just started. Anyone have any thoughts if this is a good move or too much herbs or anything? Right now, I'm just a bit dizzy. oh I forgot. I smoke one bong hit at night to sleep.
