I screwed up!

Hi everyone. Wow did I screw up. I stopped a 6 month roll on oxycodone, about 40-50 mg a day back on the beginning of January. Well, at some point in the beginning of February I started again and got it up to 100+ per day. Maybe even 150 by the end.  I stopped CT 54 hours ago. The anxiety is the worst part. I'm determined this time. When will I see the light???

Hello fellow percos...the wd's will lessen day by day. Take some time & read the posts & find out what all to do for the physical portion. We know meetings help with the mental. If I can cold turkey off Percs and be on day nine...anyone can. What a miracle! Hang around you will learn tons of useful info here. Good luck!!

The anxiety stinks. We have got to be doing the right thing though. Anything that causes this cannot be good.

Hey wind, I've heard the anxiety gets better in about a week. I'm kinda going through something similar, I'm detoxing from a long term abuse of percocet. I haven't used in 24 hours so all day I've had some bad anxiety spells and sweating and all the stupid detox stuff. Kinda had to force myself through the day :(..... Anyways hope fully we both feel better soon because this *****!!!!
Be well and good luck to u!!!!
