I think almost 60 days soon

Well going from daily posts to almost forgetting about this site I've forgotten how many days It's been! the last 2 weeks have been awsome but out of nowhere last 2 days have been terrible , it's 4 in the morning here I can't sleep , I knot iced that got awful smell on the clean towel after I get out of the shower again and my skin is on fire legs are crawling ! I had my ex wife here to see the kids couple times and I started to think maybe see drugged me, but I'm sure I would have noticed a buzz being clean for so long now! is it normal this far along for the phisical part to come back so bad and will it go away again soon!

Hey I'm on day 40 and have been sleeping great for the past week, except lastnight!  Arrgh !!  Had rls and couldn't fall asleep.
I know you're further along than me but I think this is normal for awhile longer. Take advantage of the good sleep when you can.
Congrats on 60 days!!

yes, its normal. You will notice up days and down days, energy levels, anxiety here and there, ,but nothing like the beginning, and as time goes on the bad days get less and less.
Keep up the good work you two!!

Hi There,
Strangely enough i noticed that horrible smell yesterday...i'm on day 54....i also noticed a substantial drop in energy (my energy levels have been almost normal for the last 30 days) and mild tummy issues again. I'm assuming after reading your post this is normal and i guess we just have to wait it out!
Congrats on your clean time...may i always be 6 days behind you!

Hey Friend,
Yes, it is normal. You get some good time, and bam, a couple of bad days. Just ride it out. Push through it. I am at one year now, and I remember day 15 was like a gift, all of a sudden I felt great. Day 16, eh, not so great. It takes a full month for the body to kick back in, and a while longer for the brain chemicals to be right.
Hang in there, you are doing great!
hugs,
Lily
