I haven't had this much energy in I don't know how long. The AMINO ACIDS are great. I actually think instead of helping me get thought he day, the Vicodin was hindering me. I was always getting tired and looking to take the next Vicodin. I am now looking for the Vitamins.

I also had a flare up of pain in my back, I went to the medicine cabinet for the first time in a very long time and got some Tylenol. It actually took the pain away. I knew I had this thing whipped then.

HOW much of this L Theanine can you take?  Last night for the 5th night, I think, I got NO sleep.  I hear this helps sleep?

Sounds like you are on the right road. I found that the farther along being clean. the less severe the pain was.

same thing with me, only i was doin oxys. and i accually took iboprophen the other day for my back and 2 took the pain away. 1 month ago i needed at least an 80 oc for pain
