Im taking 2-3 perks a day for about 2 years, whats the best way to stop

Ive been taking perks and viks for about 4 years, but have stopped cold turkey after first year. Now, ive been taking them for the last 2 years, every day, about 3 viks a day, if i have perks, than no more than 2 a day, in halves.  I have time off from work for the next week and am DONE WITH THIS FEELING. You can take Xanex but not for very long. They are harder to come of off then percs or vic's. As for the pot I really don't know. I didn't have any nasea at all.

Welcome!

Congrads on wanting your life back.

Maybe try a taper. You are on a low dose. Start dropping 1 pill and see how you feel if you are Ok drop another one or 1/2 of one.
You are going to have w/d's no matter what you do. The last about 5 to 7 days.
They feel like the flu. Take hot baths and hot showers get something for the bathroom thing. Try to go for a walk. Keep your mind but . Sleeping is a problem as well as some restless legs or arms but it will all pass.

Good luck and post!
