Yes, t 3's are dope but very weak.
No problem. I like to help where I can, don't know where I'd be without y'all. I can't seem to help myself though, ironic?
Thank you Jacqui. Thank you.........Thank you..........
and Tylenol #3 does not contain caffiene.
Different drugs entirely. Vicodin is Lortab is Norco is Hydrocodone is. Codeine is entirely different. The reason you can switch between those and for that matter, any opiate, is because they are cross-tolerant. They are substitutable, but the dosages wouldn't be the same for the same effect. A look at an opiate milliequivalency scale would be needed or people experiment. And by the way Oxycodone is Percocet is Percodan is Roxicet, is Oxycontin (Oxycodone with continuous action for 12 hours).
From what I understand, your OTC meds are stronger than our Vicodin.

A quick question, how much codeine is in Vicoden, we don't have (not that I am aware of) vicoden in Australia and if we do it may have a different name. I thought it was a really strong pain killer but from what I read my over the counter pills of choice had more codeine in them then the vicoden?
You do know that journals are public?
I asked because I messed up & I can feel it. I just checked every med on the net and am so bummed at myself! I wrote a poem years ago I had published ( I'd rather not say where because, I don't want everyone to know who I am).
Only because being anonymous helps keep me honest. I will post it on my journal to hopefully help other people with all this **** were going through.
Are T-3's, Vicodin and Pink Norcos all the same?
They are similar but not the same even if you take the caffeine out of the picture. Both are in the opiate family.
I'm on the NET right now looking every pill up! T3'S were never my drug of choice so I didn't worry about it when my friend said to use it to curb the pain. Kind of like valium to sleep I thought.
I freaked myself out so much over it that when I ran down to the car to grab the water from the trunk I dropped my change purse with all my ID's & $$ in it. If it wasn't for my HONEST nabor I would have lost it for good.
The major difference is the caffiene in T3's.
15mg;s Caffiene
Tylenol 300mg's
Codeine phosphate 30mg's
(That's alot of codiene - Like taking 6 vicodin in one pill if I am reading this right)
The above description in my 1st post is from a drug info website. Not this one though - Duh!)

It's similiar but not the same. When I was using Vicodin all the time...I would switch from Vicodin to Tylenol 4's. I felt minor withdrawl when switching to the codeine but not much at all. Tylenol 3 are opiates too. I think Doctors prescripe vicodin more often because tylenol 3 can make you more nauseated than vicodin. That's what I've heard anyway.
Just about exactly almost...
