Just an update folks!

If anyone remembers I have been taking whatever pain pills I could find every day for 10 years. My last day of pills was 200mg but daily average use from 100 to 150mg daily. After finding Suboxone and doing my research and I'm right on schedule on a 21 day taper. From 200mg of oxycodone to .5mg Suboxone in 23 day. Today was the first day of the bathroom battle but I'm blaming that on dinner from last night. None, no WD of any type only because I had a plan on committed to stick with it! Good luck & take care folks..

Sounds Good!!!
The work really begins when we have to to work on staying clean. Hope you have a great Support system going. Try to stay away from your old stomping grounds and ppl who still get high. Keep drinking tons of water to help flush all these toxins out. You should be just fine if you only do these subs at a low dose and a very short time. Wishing you all the best for the future.
God be with..

Actually it was the 4th on last dose. I have to say admit I've been lack on energy but I feel stronger every day both physically and mentally. I've learned many things over the years and I know my addictive personality and I also know I didn't deal with me problems the way I should have over 10 years ago as well. Having that addictive personality, some people use AA some get lost in work or a hobby just so many things! Over 30 years knowing what I know about addiction and each and person I've known gets lost in something, it's a daily struggle to maintain what society considers "Normal". I'm by no means trying to justify drug abuse but there is something that we don't get out of the every day living life like most, neither do Adrenaline Junkies or people with ADD/ADHD. There is nothing wrong with us, but those of us who choose drugs & alcohol as a outlet for what we need, well my friend we have chosen wrong! There is hope in the fact we can maintain a life style which we enjoy even if it doesn't conform to society standards. Find what you love and do it and you'll find you'll never need a drug.
