Yes, we are sisters for real. And thank you. My sis and I live in the same house. It is a duplex. She is my best friend. We have both been thru such hard times lately. I told her I was on this forum for support. She surprised me by showing up on here and telling me how proud she is of me. I cannot even begin to tell you what that did for me support wise. She is my sister and my best friend. We will help each other get thru all of this together.
so cool...r u guys for real sisters? glad all is well lukey
I am so glad that there was no sign of cancer..you could really use some time off work and i sure hope your sis can do the same..That would be GREAT the two of you just being able to spend a whole week togather and talk and lauph or even cry if you need to. But this time will be special....I will say a special prayer for you for the two of you to be able to do this.
god bless you and your sister

I love you too sis. Thank you for seeking me out on here and posting Your support means more to me than you know. You are not only my sister, but my best friend. I love you Sis. I will be there for you and your surgery as much as I can.
Just want to tell you how proud I am of you, Sis, for all you are doing to get well. Keep up the good work!!! Looking forward to only good times ahead for us for a long, long time. And thanks for all your support for what i will be going thru. Your the BEST! Luv ya Sissy!
This sounds a lot like what my wife is dealing with..they said she hardly has a rotator cuff in her right arm (and they suspect a potential tumor in/on her shoulder) and she is in terrible pain nearly all the time. They (docs) can't seem to decide what to do..the first thing is the (potential) tumor but we have to wait until 4/28 for a CAT scan on that, then deal with the rotator cuff.
Her docs have said forget about getting off the pain meds for now..she's going to need them..and they'll help her get off them when the time comes.
Best of luck to you..
Jim
The arthritis sucks....I work at an MRI center so in our spare time we scan whatever hurts. So I have it alot of places to (i am 32...not sure of your age) but don't have official reports. But I was told that the osteo-biflex stuff at walmart is awesome for it. So I started that yesterday.
I am sorry to hear about all the bad junk going on.....only know there is a light at the end of the tunnel...I am glad you got the week off and I hope your sister does...go get manis and pedis. Maybe lay around and watch reality shows.....
Good luck to you...times are ahrd for you and I hope all is well...my prayers are with you
Thanks so much for responding to my post.Horrible month behind me and just that....I am trying to put it behind me. Between my hero (father) passing, my sis having to get brain surgery, my 18 yr. old daugher being 6 months pregnant (to a total bum) and then finding out that my body is riddled with arthitis (which explains why the vicodens made me feel so good and function), it has been a horrible month. Good news is, I just signed on to the arthritis forum here on Med Help for support there. I am so very upset about the results of the bone scan. Anyway I need both of these forums now. Thank god for medhelp. Right now i don't know what I would do without all of this support.
I know that when my father died, all of my physical pain that had subsided came back like a ton of bricks. migraines, neck and back pain. The emotional weighed my down enough so it became physical. That's great to have a week off. I had fortunately put in my notice at work just a few weeks before my dad died, but was to continue for 2 weeks after his death. But I couldn't, because of the funeral, and the overwhelming grief. I hope it works out for you and your sister. That would be awesome. Relax! Relax! Relax! Consider Grief and Loss counseling. i've only had 1 session, but already I know it's going to be a blessing. Good luck sister.
Peace
i sure hope your sister is able to get that week off. what a wonderful thing for you two to spend the week pampering yourselves and each other before her surgery. i am glad your dr. said no cancer. you are doing great keep on keepin on.
