Klonopin, norcos

H my name is karly and I'm 7mo pregnant... I was addicted to norcos before my pregnancy but stopped after I found out at 3 months(it wasn't easy) I moved back to my home town to be with my family during my pregnancy and was introduced to norco again.. I was taking them 2-3 times a weeks which isn't much but for the baby it is.. I have stopped taking those about two months ago and have recently within the last two weeks took a klonopin to sleep(I know!! They're not sleeping pills, but they help) I've take about 3 once a night for the last three nights..... Are those going to affect my baby!!? All my blood tests came back normal but i still feel taking just one when I'm in pain or can't sleep can affect my baby???? ...addiction is realllll and its a difficult thing to deal with... :((

It sounds like you've got a lot going on PLUS you are pregnant. When I got pregnant with my son, my doctor weaned me off Xanax pretty quickly because its not good for the baby. Your med & Xanax are very similar. You should call your OB or call your pharmacy. Sorry I couldn't help more. Congrats on the baby!
