Hva eu looked at the health pagesat the thomas recipe and the amino acid protocol? many of the supps in there can help tremendously with energy...support hose or compression hose can help the legs along with ice/heat...there are also drugs otc at walmart for rls....there are also some supps fround to be helpful for rls in my journal from a study at my hospital...many are iron deficient....the dopamine that u got during drug use from the drugs can cause some of the aching due to the dopamie depletion at this time......tyrosine and dlpa, methionone help with building back up ur dopamine and with energy as well...exercise helps as much as u can tolerate...bananas and tonic water are also help for some

I am sooo sorry..I am going to assume your talking about methadone?? I went cold turkey off 65 mg of methadone alomost 2 yrs ago..it, as you know is NO picnic..You are going to have anothe few weeks of this and it will start letting up..but you will continue to battle fatigue for some time..Methadone is a wicked drug..If you want ..PM me John..there are a few of us that have been through this..Methadone w/d is the worst w/d there is..hands down..it is going to take some time..welcome to the forum..I do Know exactly how your feeling...and by the way..that was a very fast (too fast) taper...but don't turn back now..your almost through to the other side..
