Oh for the nausea, I took Zantac..a store brand generic version. Plus I made sure to eat small meals a day ..about 6-7 small meals.
I remember that leg pain though. It felt like my legs were 2 big balloons...real bad pressure.
Try the walking for it.
The thing that helped with my leg pain the most was WALKING. Especially about 3 hours before bedtime. I had the leg cramps for about 2 weeks....but I noticed that they hurt worse when I just tried to relax in front of the TV. I noticed when I got up to go get a snack or bathroom break, I felt relief.
So I started walking.
Don't over do it though, especially if you have a chronic pain condition.
I started with 10 minutes the first night and then added about 2 minutes every night. And everyday got better from there on out.

I'm sorry nobody has responded to you sooner. I'm not sure about the interferrence of medications w/the vitamins. But, you can call your pharmacy and ask them. They have software that they can put all these into and it will tell them all the cross interations of the meds.
If you can't get any nausea medication from your doctor, peppermint is a holistic nausea treatment, and ginger root or gingerale is also supposed to be effective. Stick to clear liquids. You may actually be dehydrated if you are unable to drink enough, and i'm assuming you had diarrhea for a few days at least. If it's still there tomorrow, call your doctor and see if he will call in a prescription for phenergan (inexpensive and works great), or zofran (pricey but good). And consider going in for blood work-you might need some IV fluid to straighten things out?
