Thanks for all your help. I am ready for the long haul 60-90-I'm not going back.  I am very emotional right now crying all the time over nothing.Like bad PMS. I think I even have had some sort of anxiety or panic attack-had to go to store last night for advil and stuff and I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Never felt like that b4. But I guess I haven't really been feeling - just numbing-for the last 5 yrs. thanks again.Everyone on this site is really helping me get through this. TEENA

HI well you should be threw the physical part or at least most of it now comes the post withdrawal thats where your emotions go wild and then the energy crash hits I often say its not so much the withdrawal but the post withdrawal that makes methadone so hard to kick
between the lack of sleep and the overall lack of any energy to do anything it can be debilitating if your not on the whey protein shakes get on them they got vitamins ecental amino acids along with the protein alll of witch the brain needs to heal they will also help with the energy crash ....just know this stuff can take a wile to get over if you where on it a yr or longer expect a 60 to 90 days to start to feel better if your only on it a short time its not so long
try not to get discouraged you do get better as you go along but as addicts we want it and we want it NOW this is a gradual process keep posting for support we all want to see you get well
congrats on 12 days  I have helped a lot of peole get off this stuff you can message me anytime if you want to chat im on 6 days a week between 10 and midnight mountain time
