I have taken metanx for two years for neuropathy in my feet and legs. Metanx is for anyone with neuropathy which is nerve damage. Nerve damage can be caused by not only diabetes, but surgery as well as vitamin deficiencies. Metanx is vitamin b with niacin. Since being on this medication, I have no problems with neuropathy since being on this medication.
Try the Rebuilder. It helped me as lot.see www.rebuildermedical.com
i have it in my neck and shoulder...i can no longer wear my tens unit because of it...lat time i got an epidural...i broke out bad where the nerve endings reach acroos my shoulder....nerve damage can happen after long term muscle damage and such
My nerve damage starts at my back and goes down my whole left side...I started noticing itchiness with the pain and she said this should help...
sounds safe...i may look inot those! probably refers to diabetics as they more often have nueropathy/nerve damage than the general population...but i have it and i am not diabetic (:
I don't know about that specific drug but I was put on glucophage (a diabetic med) for my PCOS so I always had to make it clear if I was seeing another dr or something I was not diabetic. So I am guessing they may know what they are doing! It did help me by the way.
That's what I have, just the diabetic part kind of freaked me out.She said they were vitamins but the website glorifies it into something more. I guess I'll give them a shot, then..thanks!...cat...=)
I think it is a vitamin supp with Bs and folic acid and such...i could be wrong but it is supposed to help pain from nerve damage and such
