You need to be honest with the medical team about this.  Better to be safe than sorry.  How often do you use meth?

Honestly, that is a question worth asking the anesthesiologist, even if it postpones the surgery awhile. Asking could save your life, depending on the drug they use. I know honest about drug abuse is difficult, but dying or have a botched surgery is far worse. Think about it.
