Sorry to read about your friend. I have Hep C now and on dialysis getting tested to be put on the ready list for a kidney transplant. They are going to give me a Hep C kidney then treat it if I carry it after 6 months. I remember the day I got this Hep C, the guy I got it from is dead also.. I'm glad you are getting off the drugs. Like said above movement walking riding a bike hiking whatever makes you happy force yourself to move It helps so much ! Hot showers as many as you can force yourself to take also hot baths with Epson's salts helps a lot It forces magnesium into the muscles. for the rls you may want to get some Hylands restful leg our a knock off this really helped me, a Protein drink would be good it is packed with vitamins and sports drinks. It is important not to get dehydrated and eat whatever you can but try to eat healthy.. Imodium for the restroom issues and try to keep a good attitude about this It will not last forever, soon You will be the Master of your life not the drugs.. I hope this helps and I wish you well. we will be here for support when you are ready.. lesa
I'm not sure on the exact time to get addicted to the suboxone, but from personal experience I dabbled in the subs for a couple weeks at most, and I did not experience the types of withdrawal described by long time users. I would highly suggest getting through 4 more days, which gives the H 10 days to flush out of your system and wean the subs down. From what I've read the withdrawal from long-term use of subs use can be pretty rough. There will be someone along who may can provide better support, this was just from a personal account.
Hi WIll Welcome to the forum.. You can walk away but you will still be in wd. If you are trying to get out of wd altogether that will not happen no matter what route you take. It seems we all have to walk thru hell to get to the other side. We have lots of tips on how to get thru the wd I came off heroin years ago, no fun but doable.. Hope we hear back from you. lesa
